At First Steps Pregnancy Support, we believe that birth and parenting education should be accessible to everyone and that women should be well informed as they approach birth and motherhood.
As a multidisciplinary team of professionals, First Steps Birthing has developed a comprehensive and informative birth and parenting education program to ensure that you begin motherhood feeling capable and confident.

mental health for Mums and Dads; self care; protecting your relationship; legal basics relevant to early parenting & separation; writing a will; parenting beyond the newborn phase; bonding

While these classes are at no cost for eligible women, all proceeds from those who attend in our general registration category will go directly towards the work of First Steps Pregnancy Support. This will assist us in continuing to meet the needs of expectant and parenting women experiencing difficult circumstances in our community. We greatly appreciate your support.
